Sydney customers also have the option to arrange an Uber Courier to collect their order. Please note Uber Courier bookings must be organised on the customer’s side. Customers must contact us at prior to booking their Uber Courier so we can confirm your order is ready for collection and assist with pick-up instructions.

Orders are packed and sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday (9am-5pm) AEST. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

DELIVERY

The address details used for the shipment of your order are the exact details supplied by you at the time of ordering. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays so it is important to check these details when ordering.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside of Australia. Aria Hair Extensions makes every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery but does not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty officers in the receiving country.

If no one is available for delivery of your purchase, local postal guidelines will apply. In the event of any issues with delivery, please contact your local postal provider for further assistance.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, missed or refused delivery or failing to collect from the post office or collection point, the customer will have the choice of either:

  • paying for the reshipping of the order or
  • receiving a refund on the product component of the order minus the shipping costs.

PRICE & IMPORT TAX

All prices are charged in Australian dollars. Any home currency prices listed are indicative, based on current exchange rates. The total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is charged to your credit card, if this is the chosen payment method. The reason for this is that when your order is charged to your card, the exchange rate used by your credit card company may vary to that indicated at the time of placing the order.

The prices listed on our website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges and/or administration fees that the parcel may incur when entering the country of destination. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however the destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge duties and taxes and/ or administration fees on your shipment. These charges vary from country to country and are not covered by Aria Hair Extensions.

GENERAL

Is it human hair?

ARIA extensions are 100% premium Remy human hair. Benefits to this are no matting, tangling or short hair returns.

This product can be heat styled up to 250°F/ 121°C just like regular human hair products.
How long do the extensions last?

8 to 10 weeks varying on the client’s hair growth. This is recommended to eliminate matting, frizzing and tangling, and ensures the extension is always fresh and close to the scalp. They can be reapplied up to 3 times for a total of about 6-8 months of wear; this is recommended so that the extension bond remains seamless.
Can you iron, curl or blow dry the hair?

All of the above heat processes are okay. Do not allow sit under a dryer while wearing ARIA or to isolate any of the above heat processes to the adhesive bands. Concentrated heat applied to the bands can make the adhesive tacky.

Can you colour the hair?

There are over 30 colours that can be blended to create over 500 different shades.

If you're unable to blend to create your desired shade you can deposit colour down 2 levels.

We do not recommend that you lighten the extensions. To create a more platinum blonde you can apply a toner to the colour 12N. In the process of applying colour, keep all colour away from the adhesive bands.

If you decide to deposit colour to create your desired shade, it's recommended that you wait 24 to 48 hours from the time of application to allow the adhesive band to seal firmly.

Please keep in mind, colouring the extensions voids their warranty.
What products can be used in the hair?

To maintain the quality and longevity of your ARIA extensions, we recommend using professional, sulfate-free and extension-safe haircare.

Avoid products that contain harsh sulfates, alcohols, or heavy oils at the bonds, as these can affect the integrity of the extensions and application.

Your stylist will guide you on the best products for your specific hair type and extension method to ensure optimal results.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Can I swim, exercise or go in the sauna?

Yes ARIA extensions are designed to move with your lifestyle.

For best results:

• Tie hair in a loose braid or ponytail before swimming or exercising

• Avoid prolonged exposure to salt water or chlorine

• Rinse hair with fresh water as soon as possible after swimming

• Gently brush to prevent tangling

Saunas and steam rooms should be enjoyed in moderation, as excessive heat can soften bonds and impact longevity.

Your stylist will guide you on the best aftercare based on your extension method.

Exposing extensions to sunscreen may cause discoloration.
Can roots be retouched while extensions are in the hair?

Yes, roots can be retouched, keeping in mind to stay away from the adhesive bands.

It's recommended that roots be done 24 to 48 hours prior to application.

If roots need to be done between extension services and there is enough new growth to keep the colour off of the bands, we suggest doing a partial retouch along with the hairline.

Keep in mind, chemicals in the hair can compromise the adhesive bands.
Can I reuse them?

Yes, the suggested re-use is up to 3 additional times.

After 3 additional uses, bulk at the attachment area may be created and new hair is necessary.

Be sure to purchase Remove Solvent and adhesive bands for your re-service.

They can be reapplied up to three additional times for a total of 6 – 8 months of wear - this is recommended so that the extension bond remains seamless.

How do I remove them?

Apply Aria solvent to new hair growth and allow it to trickle down the hair shaft in between the adhesive bands.

Let it set for a moment and then separate the bands. Do not rub the adhesive strip.

We recommend creating a system to place the extensions in the order in which they were removed. This will guarantee an easy and accurate re-application.
