Mariah Rota is the founder of Aria Hair Extensions and an extension educator with over 18 years of industry experience. Known for her practical, hands-on approach, she specialises in modern extension systems that deliver seamless results while maximising efficiency behind the chair. Passionate about education, Mariah teaches stylists not only advanced techniques like the Butterfly Weft, but also how to build profitable, sustainable extension services that elevate revenue, retention, and long-term salon growth.
Jordan Crugnale
Jordan Crugnale is a Sydney-based extension specialist and salon owner, renowned for his expertise in modern weft and tape-in techniques. Formerly co-owner of Cole Hair Studio alongside Mariah Rota, he now leads his boutique salon, Jordan Anthony. Known for precision installation and seamless, undetectable results, Jordan’s education focuses on technical confidence, efficient systems, and elevating service standards — delivering practical, high-impact training for both individual stylists and salon teams.
Ash Croker
Founder of The Salon by Ash Croker, Ash Croker is a Sydney-based hair artist and educator known for her expertise in seamless colour and premium hair extensions. As an ARIA Ambassador and Educator, Ash specialises in both Tape-Ins and Butterfly Wefts, with a focus on natural-looking, comfortable and undetectable results.
Passionate about education and salon growth, Ash thrives on helping stylists build confidence within the hair extension industry, combining technical expertise with real salon experience.
